This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the lessonopoly Website (the “Website”).

These terms of use, which specifically incorporate the Privacy Policy , state lessonopoly’s requirements for your use of the Website.  If you do not agree to these terms, you should cease all further use of the Website.  lessonopoly may amend these terms at any time.  Each time you use this Website you signify your acceptance of the then-current terms posted.

By submitting your User Content, you agree that lessonopoly may use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform the User Content, and sublicense all such rights to others, worldwide, for any purpose, in any manner currently known or hereafter discovered, indefinitely, and without compensation to you.

You may not post material that is false, misleading, inaccurate, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law or which contains any computer programming routine that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

Own Risk

Content posted to the Website is not pre-screened.  lessonopoly does not have an obligation to monitor the Website, however, it may monitor and remove any content which it feels violates this agreement.  You acknowledge that any reliance on User Content, or any third party link, will be at your own risk.

Termination

lessonopoly may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Website in its sole discretion, and  may retain or delete any content that you provided to the Website.  In addition, lessonopoly may cease to provide and maintain the Website at any time.

The term “lessonopoly,” as used in this Policy shall mean, as appropriate, the lessonopoly Website as well as its sponsoring organization, the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
